CHIP Tokenomics

CHIP tokenomics allocate supply across ecosystem growth, reserves, contributors, investors and other protocol objectives. Vesting is designed to spread portions of long-term allocations over time.

Ecosystem Bootstrapping

The current documentation allocates 27.5% of CHIP to ecosystem bootstrapping across yield origination, capital formation and protocol growth programs. The first 10% was associated with Season 1.

Reserve

A 19.8% reserve allocation is described for future grants, partnerships, research and development and other protocol objectives.

Contributor & Investor Vesting

The published structure describes a one-year initial lock for these allocations, followed by a partial unlock and monthly vesting over the following two years. Users should verify the latest token schedule before relying on circulating-supply estimates.
