USDai Borrower FAQ

This FAQ summarizes the borrower-side mechanics of GPU-backed financing. Transaction-specific terms always depend on the executed loan documents.

What assets can be financed?

The protocol is designed around eligible AI infrastructure and GPU server deployments. Hardware, deployment and offtake requirements can vary by transaction.

How is a loan protected?

Typical protections can include borrower equity, collateral liens, dedicated entities, reserves, insurance, monitoring and structured cash-flow controls.

When is capital released?

Release occurs only after the applicable closing conditions are satisfied. Those conditions can include documentation, funding, hardware delivery, verification and lien requirements.

What happens after closing?

The loan enters servicing with scheduled principal and interest obligations, reporting and collateral monitoring. Default remedies are governed by the financing documents and protocol rules.
