USDai Docs

USDai finances AI infrastructure through GPU-backed credit. These docs explain how capital enters the protocol, how lending is structured, how USDai and sUSDai work, and how CHIP governance connects the system.

USDai Summary

USDai is designed as a two-sided credit protocol connecting capital providers with AI infrastructure operators. The protocol combines onchain instruments with offchain lending, collateral and servicing workflows.

How the Protocol Works

Depositor capital enters through tokenized instruments. Financing is originated against GPU infrastructure, while protocol records and smart contracts provide transparent position tracking and predefined payment flows.

The legal and physical collateral layer remains offchain; the accounting, routing and tokenized representation are coordinated onchain. This hybrid design is central to the protocol.

The Instruments

USDai is the base stable asset used throughout the system. sUSDai is the yield-bearing vault token. CHIP is the governance token used for protocol decision-making.

Governance & Community

CHIP governance covers protocol parameters and system evolution. Documentation pages below separate governance, depositor, borrower and technical topics so each subject has a focused, indexable URL.
