CHIP holders can participate in decisions that shape protocol rules and risk parameters. Governance should be evaluated separately from the economic characteristics of USDai and sUSDai.
Staking Status
The current source documentation states that CHIP staking is not presently used for protocol functions. Users should verify the live application before assuming any staking utility or reward.
Token Risk
CHIP does not represent equity or ownership in protocol assets. Governance-token value and utility can change as protocol rules evolve.
